The Council for the living environment and infrastructure (Raad voor de Leefomgeving en Infrastructuur, RLI) invited DuneWorks and the Dutch Energy Centre (Energiecentrum Nederland, ECN) in 2013 to conduct research on policies and initiatives that encourage sustainable lifestyles. A report was delivered to advice RLI about improvements in policy measures on encouraging sustainable lifestyles.
