Energy and Behaviour

DuneWorks participated in the Demand Side Management program of the International Energy Agency (IEA). The program is an international collaboration of 14 countries working together to develop and promote opportunities for demand-side management (DSM). DSM offers solutions to problems such as load management, energy reduction, energy efficiency, strategic conservation and related activities.

The programme Energy and Behaviour is set up to advise governments about (policy) interventions to engage people in more sustainable energy behaviour. Experts on behavioural sciences from different countries are brought together to learn from each others experiences and analyses of (country specific) case studies. Between 2012 and 2017 Ruth Mourik served as co-manager of the programme Energy and Behaviour being responsible for the execution of the task.
